Front End Developer

In this role, you will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and SEO specialists to deliver modern, responsive, and high-performing web applications that meet business objectives and enhance user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, SEO-friendly front-end applications using Next.js, React.js, Laravel, and other modern frameworks.
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless front-end and back-end communication.
• Optimize website performance, speed, and accessibility by following best practices such as lazy loading, code splitting, and asset compression.
• Implement and manage structured data schemas to enhance search engine visibility and rich snippet generation.
• Ensure consistent cross-browser compatibility and a responsive design for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
• Develop reusable and modular components with clean, maintainable code.
• Conduct on-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, alt attributes, heading structure, and canonical URLs.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to maintain a PageSpeed Insights score of 95+ on all projects.
• Collaborate with the SEO team to implement strategies that align with Google’s Core Web Vitals standards.
• Enhance user experience by following UI/UX best practices and guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest web development, SEO, and content structuring trends.
• Implement best practices for content security policies (CSP) and other front-end security measures.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on Next.js, React.js and Laravel.
• Proficient in PHP, including experience with WordPress or custom CMS development.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including schema markup, meta tags, and semantic HTML.
• Proven experience optimizing web applications for Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights.
• Solid knowledge of responsive design principles and experience working with CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS/LESS).
• Familiarity with content schema standards (e.g., JSON-LD, Microdata) and implementing structured data for enhanced SERPs.
• Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms and server-side rendering (SSR).
• Proficient with version control systems like Git and tools like CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a focus on performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Passion for staying updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript and modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS or Bootstrap.
• Understanding of content marketing strategies and integration with front-end designs.
• Basic knowledge of backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Laravel) to support seamless integration.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools.
