Job Context: As a Sales Executive at Nusaiba Construction & Technology, you will be responsible for identifying suitable clients who require services such as drawing & design, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), estimation, project management, construction management, and building construction. We are a dynamic company that offers a range of construction and technology solutions to our valued clients. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential customers, building strong relationships, and coordinating with existing clients to meet their needs effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with various construction companies seeking support from us, fostering a robust network of partnerships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients who require construction and technology services, leveraging market research and industry knowledge.
  • Engage in proactive sales activities, including cold-calling, networking events, and client meetings to promote our services.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements for construction projects.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our range of services and tailor offerings to meet individual client needs.
  • Prepare and present project proposals and quotations, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create customized solutions for clients.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to maintain strong relationships and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery of services.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with other construction companies seeking support from Nusaiba Construction & Technology.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to stay competitive in the market.
  • The Sales Executive is required to achieve a minimum of 10 Lac taka work order or works in a month to archive the salary. The incentive will provide additional value archive.

Experience Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with construction-related services and an understanding of project management processes.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to successfully close deals and secure new clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills to manage a pipeline of potential clients and prioritize sales activities.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to inspire confidence in clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Fluency in English and Bangla, both written and spoken.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing market dynamics and client demands.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Educational Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant field is preferable.


  • The position offers a monthly salary of 40,000 taka.
